- All treatments include RMT receipts and are subject to HST.
- A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
- Appointment reminders will be sent:
‣ Email (48 hours before)
‣ Text (24 hours before) - Please double-check your appointment date and time when booking.
✅Cancellation Policy
- Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee
- No-show or 30+ minutes late: Full session fee
- If someone takes your spot, the fee may be waived.

- Arrive 5 minutes early to relax and get settled.
- If you’re late, your session time may be shortened.
