- All treatments include an RMT receipt and are subject to HST
- A valid credit card is required to secure your booking
- Appointment reminders are sent:
‣ Email – 48 hours before
‣ Text – 24 hours before - Please double-check your appointment date and time when booking
✅ Cancellation Policy
- Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of session fee
- No-show or arrival 30+ minutes late: Full session fee
- If someone takes your spot, the fee may be waived
✅ Appointment Tips
- Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in and relax
- If you’re late, your session time may be shortened
