Cancellation Policy

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% fee

• No-show: Full fee

• Unpaid fees will result in no future bookings

Appointment Guidelines

• Please arrive 5 minutes early.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

• Arriving 30+ minutes late will be considered a no-show.
