Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. Building access is by buzzer only. I may be with another client and unable to let you in early.
Late arrivals: Your treatment will still end at the schedule time, and you will be charged for the full appointment.
A cat lives in the home but will remain in a separate room during your appointment. Please consider this if you have severe cat allergies.
Massage oil is used during all treatments. If you require a completely oil-free treatment, this practice may not be the best fit.

• Credit card required to reserve your appointment.
• Your card is only charged if the cancellation policy applies.
• HST applies to all treatments.
• Official RMT receipt will be provided after each treatment.

A confirmation email is sent immediately after booking. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive it.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking, you agree to the following:
• 24+ hours’ notice: No charge
• Less than 24 hours: 50% treatment fee
• No-Show or less than 2 hours: 100% treatment fee.
How to cancel
You can cancel online by logging into your account 24+ hours before your appointment.
Once you are within the 24-hour cancellation window, online cancellation is no longer available. Please contact me by text to cancel.
Cancellation fees are not eligible for RMT insurance receipts.
Emergencies are considered case by case. Schedule conflicts, change in plans, and personal commitments are not considered emergencies.
I am not responsible for finding another client to fill a cancelled appointment.
