✅ Booking & Payment
- All treatments include an RMT receipt and are subject to HST.
- A credit card is required to hold your appointment (to prevent no-shows; it will not be charged).
- Reminders are sent by email (48 hrs) and text (24 hrs).
- Please double-check your appointment date and time when booking, as the system may default to the next available slot.
- Kindly note: I don’t offer a waiting list or gift cards at this time.
✅ Cancellation Policy
- Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% fee
- No-show or cancellation within 2 hours: full session fee
- Cancellation fees are not eligible for an RMT receipt.
