Cancellation Policy

By booking, you agree to our 24-hour cancellation policy. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee if the appointment slot remains unfilled.

Location
The clinic is located in a private residence. Please buzz 5008; my unit is 709.

Payment
Payments can be made via e-transfer to liliustudio@gmail.com.

Appointments

• Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened.
• If you're 30 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
• Check back regularly for availability, as cancellations may occur or additional slots may open.
