• All treatments include an RMT receipt and are subject to HST
• A valid credit card is required to secure your booking
• Appointment reminders are sent:
  ‣ Email – 48 hours before
  ‣ Text – 24 hours before
• Please double-check your appointment date and time when booking

✅ Cancellation Policy

• Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of session fee
• No-show or arrival 30+ minutes late: Full session fee
• If someone takes your spot, the fee may be waived

✅ Appointment Tips

• Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in and relax
• If you’re late, your session time may be shortened
